We tried all kinds of social media toolkits, and kept striking out. Where was there a platform that was simple to use for everyone: the community outreach leaders, the government affairs staff, the campaign super fans, and – of course – the other social media folks? We wanted a tool that worked just as well on mobile as on a laptop. And it had to let us download graphics right to our phones’ photo folders. So we designed it ourselves.
